I led the creation of a new Premera branded animation style for the "Health Plan Basics" series. I also drove a new partnership with customer experience & digital marketing, and for the 1st time, Premera animation garnered over 83K views on YouTube. I partnered with Premera's IT solution architects and enterprise cloud infrastructure team to enable a new platform solution for marketing and content management efficiencies built on Microsoft Azure. Creative: Yesler/Accenture & Dominic Dunbar
I am also learning new change management skills with Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM), and the Lean A3 Framework focused on enterprise solutions, cross-functional collaboration, and the improvement of digital content delivery.
I serve as the brand marketing and design liaison to corporate real estate, responsible for the environmental graphic design effort, wayfinding, and signage..
I oversee the execution from 2 design firms (Studio SC and Phinney Bishoff Design), and the contracted fabricators/installers, partnering with the Premera CR team.
